I pick up my 2 grandsons from kindergarten and school and look after them in the afternoon. Believe it or not, it’s pretty exhausting! I’ve done sports all my life, but this is completely different.  Having worked in healthcare, I assumed from the content that it might work. However, I persuaded my wife to try it first, because her neck hurt and she is braver than me :-) Given that we are active cyclists even at the age of 68, we pay extra attention to our musculoskeletal system. Both my husband and I suffer from polio; when people get older, this diagnosis is called post-polio syndrome. This means gradual weakening of muscles, cramps, numbness, etc. For many years it was only our shoulders and arms that carried our body weight; walking was possible perhaps only with French crutches.
