Medistik ICE is absorbed very quickly, dries up, does not stick, does not leave stains, and is not greasy. The roll-on can be used either before applying kinesiology tapes or around them after the application. Physiotherapists use it to complement the treatment of inflammation, as part of cryotherapy.
APPLICATION
Medistik ICE Roll-on: use the roll-on to the soft tissue around the painful area, optimally 10 cm above and below it, including relevant muscles and ligaments. Intense blood flow in the treated area is important for its regeneration. Rubbing and massaging with hands is not necessary. After drying, the area can be covered with clothing.
INGREDIENTS
Active substances:
Menthol (10 %) - has a local anaesthetic effect and reduces pain. It is used for inflammatory joint and soft tissue diseases of both acute and chronic nature. It cools and increases blood flow. It also has an antiseptic effect and soothes the skin after insect bites.
Camphor (4 %) – has a pain-relieving effect.
Mint oil (2%) – has an anti-inflammatory effect. It cools and supports blood flow.
MSM, glukosamín, chondroitín and ilex - have a beneficial effect on the restoration of joint cartilage, support joint mobility, ligament elasticity, and collagen restoration, and reduce inflammation, swelling, and joint stiffness.
Folic acid, vitamín C – facilitate the absorption of active substances.
